Are you constantly worried?  Do you feel overwhelmed as if you have no control over your life?  Your mind races.  Maybe you feel like you are constantly putting everyone else first?
I am looking for people who want to gain back a semblance of control and contentment in their life.  People who want their "old self" back.  Let me help you take your life back from anxiety.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues related to anxiety and many other issues.  I am LGBTQ friendly and accepting of all cultures and backgrounds.

Whether you are new to therapy, wanting to return, or looking for someone new, I can help.  I offer a private and relaxed atmosphere where you can explore your problems.  Judgment free zone!

Not sure what to do in therapy?  I'll make it easy for you!

Reach out to me, tell me what you are experiencing and ask any questions you may have.   This is a free consultation.  Then you decide if I will be a good fit for you.  No pressure to commit: as a therapist, it is my duty to realize when a potential client needs something more than I can offer.

I am accepting new clients at this time!  I am currently credentialed with the following private insurances: Highmark BCBS, Cigna, UPMC, United Health Care, Tricare and Aetna.  I also accept some Medicare plans managed by these insurances.

Evening and Weekend appointments available.

I also will work with private pay clients.

I offer in person and telehealth/ virtual sessions.

My office for in person sessions is located in White Hall Towers, located off of Clairton Boulevard (Behind the Eat'n Park!)

Empathy

You are allowed to understand another person's reason behind what they did and still NOT be ok with it.  I think this makes the concept of "Empathy" a beautiful thing and can help your healing process to begin.
