Anxiety
Anxiety, nervousness, restlessness, worrying; No matter what you call it. Repetitive thoughts, uncertainty, feelings of being overwhelmed but unable to identify why; No matter how you experience it.........Anxiety can be debilitating.....ANXIETY SUCKS to be perfectly blunt. I have a personal vendetta against anxiety. It robs us. It leads to depression, anger, low self-esteem, keeps us away from our loved ones even when we are in the same room with them, and host of other unpleasant effects on us including but not limited to a physical toll. It prevents us from enjoying the precious moments of our daily lives with loved ones because we are to busy worrying and living in fear.

Anxiety itself is a symptom, not a diagnosis. It rears its ugly head in the form of GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), Agoraphobia; the list goes on.
-
Anxiety can lead to many other issues such as depression and anger.
-
When left untreated, it can become very disruptive to our lives; eventually affecting those around us.
-
It keeps us from living our best life, it interferes, it wears us out.

I have found that anxiety usually stems from a deeper level. Many of my clients realized during our sessions that they felt they had minimal control over their life and little confidence in themselves. Many of them report feeling a sense of success in overcoming their anxiety when they learned to better control their lives and realize their own abilities.

I can help.
