James Whisner LCSW Mental Health Therapist serving Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania in person and virtual therapy
When people think of relationship problems, the first thing that comes to mind is their spouse or partner. Relationship problems are complex and can happen with anyone you know or even the strangers we have daily interactions with. When approaching relationship problems, it is important to not just look at the problems you feel you are having with the other person, but to also analyze your own actions, behaviors, and responses toward others. When working with my clients who are experiencing relationship problems, we explore empathy, boundary setting, and understanding cause and effect of our own actions. One must be comfortable with accepting their own role in relationship problems. I offer a judgment free opportunity to explore your relationships with others.
